Helen is passionate about health and longevity. She has a postgraduate degree in Personalised Nutrition, a diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity, and is an NLP practitioner. She has spent years gaining further knowledge and specialising in chronic health. conditions, women’s health and generally aging well. Her approach is holistic and incorporates physical, mental, and emotional health.
