British Champion master butcher Stephen Hill will start by exploring the best ways to sharpen your carving knives.
He will then expertly demonstrate how best to prepare your 10-12lbs turkey, giving you the cooking instructions for a succulent roast. He will then guide you through the all-important carving techniques.
You will also have the opportunity to create up to a 5 bird roast using a variety of game birds (optional) – turkey, pheasant, goose, chicken and partridge.
