Celebrate the rich heritage of Stafford with an engaging experience for residents and visitors alike.

The Stafford Town Centre Partnership (STCP) and Stafford Borough Council (SBC) are pleased to invite you to participate in Stafford History Day, scheduled for Saturday, 1st March 2025. This exciting event will celebrate the rich heritage of Stafford and offer an engaging experience for residents and visitors alike.
Throughout the day, we will offer a variety of activities that highlight the town's historical significance. We are working closely with local historians to provide guided history and ghost tours, offering insight into Stafford's past from a local perspective.
The History Centre will be open and will host a series of pop-up activities designed to engage attendees with the town's fascinating history.
Additionally, the Library will be involved, providing further opportunities to discover the history of Stafford.
In Market Square, visitors can enjoy historical entertainment, with performances that will bring the town's heritage to life.
The Ancient High House will also be open to the public, allowing attendees to explore this iconic building. Various activities will take place at the High House throughout the day, offering a deeper understanding of its historical significance.
