Stafford Fire Station Open Day

The Firefighters Charity provides support for both the physical and mental wellbeing of its UK Fire Service Family both serving and retired including their partners.

We want to ensure that the day is both a success for SFRS and our Charity as well as our visitors, therefore, we are our reaching out to our community to request your support.

Where capacity allows we would like to extend an invitation to any stall holders, crafts people, sporting activity provider that would like to join us on the day.

We are in particular looking for anyone that is able to provide the following;

• Cake Stall

• Crafts Stall

• Face Painter

• Fun Entertainment (Sporting Activity)

• Anyone that is able to donate a raffle prize

In line with our events' policy, anyone supporting the event will need to hold £5 million Public Liability and in addition to this anyone providing food will need to hold a Food Hygiene certificate minimum of 3 stars

For those that will be charging our visitors, we ask for a minimum donation of 10% of your event takings for our charity.
