Race for Life

The Race for Life is a powerful, inspirational movement which unites participants. Taking part in our Race for Life events enables like-minded people to get together and remember loved ones lost to cancer or celebrate the lives of those who have survived. At the same time, they are helping to make a difference to people with cancer, right now.

To make a significant difference in the fight against cancer we need to harness as much energy and commitment as possible – so what better way than involving everyone in the community in our events.

Course information
Please remember to bring your own water bottle already filled as there will be no bottled water provided at events. ScottishPower water refill stations will be available to use.

The course goes through the Italian Gardens and then follows the path around the lake and through the woodland area before finishing back in the event site. The course is on a mixture of terrains, and is fairly flat, however there is one steep hill and a small section through the woodland. The event is wheelchair friendly but assistance will be needed.

Please arrive 30 to 45 mins before your start time so that you are prepared and ready to go on time
