Mercia Whisky – Immersive Gin Blending ‘Experiment’
Starting with your very own science kit to create your own experiment in making your perfect gin.
We will explain how to develop your own unique gin using a choice of 3 possible base gins and 12 possible blending botanical gins.
Experiment, whilst noting your choices, to decide from your 3 completed jars, your favourite mix!
Your favourite mix will be made into a bottle for you to take away.
If you can’t decide then extra bottles can be made up for a cost of £25 per bottle.
A range of ‘nibbles’ will be available during the tasting or order one of our sharing food platters starting from £9.99 for a single person’s platter.
