Junior Chef: Chocolate Making
On this short course, juniors will learn to create some tasty, sweet treats. They will master lots of core culinary skills to help enhance their kitchen confidence. Juniors will also get to experiment with different flavours and ingredients- an important skill when it comes to being in the kitchen.
Stephen shares our passion for proper food and education. His friendly and welcoming approach ensures juniors will leave with a newfound confidence and love for cooking.
Stephen honed his skills and style of food as a Head Chef to Jamie Oliver and describes his style of food as ‘Pretty Simple Food’. It’s about simple cooking, using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients, presented in a comforting, thoughtful and accessible way.
During this short course, professional chef, Stephen Guy -The Hungry Guy, will help juniors create a delicious duo of chocolate goodies. Juniors will work alongside him and learn some important and transferable culinary skills.
They will master cooking techniques and learn to use kitchen equipment confidently. Stephen is incredibly passionate about teaching the younger generations important life skills and helping them find the fun in cooking.
Please note that parents will be required to stay with juniors aged 12 and under. Parents can choose to stay with juniors aged 13 and above.
