This first-timer friendly course traverses England's stunning West Midlands countryside. With a reservoir swim, meandering bike course, and finish in Stafford’s Market Square, athletes will take true advantage of the region’s beauty.

SWIM
The one-loop 1.2 mile (1.9 km) swim course at Chasewater is anti-clockwise. Please note that Chasewater is not a public swimming area and any person found swimming in the lake outside of the official sessions will be withdrawn from the event.

BIKE
The one-loop 56 mile (90 km) bike course meanders through the heart of the Staffordshire countryside and the Cannock Chase area. It then continues towards Stafford town centre through Great Haywood and Tixall.

RUN
The two and half-loop 13.1 mile (21.1 km) run course takes athletes alongside the River Sow, into the Stafford town centre and towards Stafford Castle. Family and friends will be able to see their athletes multiple times before heading to the finish line.
