Festive Baking with Steph Clubb
Christmas baking is about more than just Christmas cake! During this course, Steph will teach you how to create both sweet and savoury treats that will really get you in the festive spirit.
You’ll create a rosemary bread wreath, perfect as a snack or Christmas starter when served with gooey camembert. You will then move on to crunchy ginger biscuits, that you can decorate with royal icing.
You will finish off with a show-stopping gingerbread and white chocolate layer cake, which we’ll use some of our biscuits to decorate!
