All have electric hook up and plenty of space. Facilities include, chemical toilet and grey water emptying point, refuse disposal, recycling, toilets and water.

The site is a hidden gem in the heart of the country on the Staffordshire Shropshire boarder where there is peace and tranquility alongside the Shropshire Union Canal, yet within easy reach of junction 14 of the M6.

We are surrounded by beautiful country side where you can walk the many footpaths, the canal tow path or explore the area by bicycle.

There are many places of interest within a short driving distance with golfing and game fishing also close by. We can provide permits for canal fishing alongside the site, which are free to Club members using the CL.

The site is within the grounds of our home, "The Anchor Inn", recently awarded heritage status of national importance. The pub has been kept by our family for nearly 150 years. It has changed very little in all that time. Enjoy your drink in the friendly atmosphere seated on the original settles at the old scrubbed tables, which have been used by working narrow boat people since the 1830s. Any entertainment is created by you or the passing canal folk. We are famous for our real ale and scrumpy and have received many CAMRA pub awards including pub of the year. There is no restaurant but we will happily make you a sandwich to enjoy In the parlour bar or in the pretty canal side beer garden.

Supermarkets can be found in Newport 4 miles away. The nearby ancient market town of Eccleshall is 4 miles away and there is small post office and shop in the local village of Woodseaves, only one mile away. Mementos and gifts can be purchased from our own gift shop.
