Founded in 1922/23 in the village of Moddershall, the club has come a long way since the days of playing in a rented farmers field. Set in beautiful Staffordshire countryside we have 3 pitches sited at two venues (Barnfields, Wrekin View & Spencer Copeland) with panoramic views stretching over Staffordshire, Shropshire and Cheshire making them some of the most picturesque venues to play cricket. The facilities are undergoing constant improvements and the 4 bay artificial practice area located between the 2 pitches allows practice to take place even when matches are being played.
The club run 8 senior teams, 6 of which play on a Saturday afternoon in The North Staffordshire & South Cheshire Premier Cricket League and 2 which play in the Stone & District Cricket League on Sunday's.
