We've worked hard to retain all the rustic features that makes The Holly Bush at Salt so unique, whilst bringing the decor up to date.

Not only have we retained the thatch roof, but inside you'll find log burners, exposed bricks and old oak beams, and outside the garden has been completely re-turfed to provide a beautiful setting for long summer afternoons.

We've retained the focus on great quality locally sourced ingredients, offering freshly cooked traditional pub food make on site by our team of experienced chefs.
