Our school, located in the historic Grade ll listed market town of Eccleshall, is in rural Staffordshire. We are based in the grounds of the national award-winning Perrys of Eccleshall, Master Butcher and Game Dealer.

Together with the support of our tutors you will create authentic handmade, delicious high-quality food. Moreover, you will develop the skills to reproduce at home what you learn in your cooking class.
